Concept
We establish the program goals and set the overall design aesthetic for the project using color palettes and inspirational images.
Design
We use the concept to drive finish selections, custom details, and plan development. Mood boards pull everything together visually so you can easily understand what your space will look like. Once design is approved, we document the decisions.
Construction
Before and during construction, we work closely with the contractor, provide additional information if needed, and participate in site meetings. Frequent review is key to the success of your project.
Furnishings Installation
Your furnishings package will be closely monitored and prepared for a streamlined installation, with rugs rolled out, furniture placed just so, and artwork precisely hung. You won’t have to lift a finger.
Full Service Interior Design
We select and design everything on the inside of your space, from floor finishes, to trim profiles, plumbing fixtures, lighting and appliance packages and custom millwork. Floor plans with furnishings and finishes shown will be sketched or computer drafted. Your design options will be presented with mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings so you’ll be able to see the vision. We document the design clearly to ensure your contractor can build your dream as intended, and we are on site frequently throughout construction to observe progress. Full service design services may also include Furnishings Selection and Procurement.
Furnishings Selection and Procurement
We work within your budget to select furniture options that fit your style. Don’t have a budget yet? We can help you establish one. Need to touch and sit on the sofa before you can commit? Shopping trips are part of the process. Since we are experts on quality and design, you can be confident in our selections. Hospitality Design
We’ve designed several award winning restaurants and hotels. While at her previous firm, Founder Jayna Barber was lead designer on Matsuhisa Denver, the Hotel Boulderado restoration and remodel, and Honor Society, along with many others. In addition to full service interior design, we can help you develop your brand and concept, from menu design through signage. We also have extensive experience working with boutique and branded hotels in urban and resort environments. Our expertise begins at the arrival experience and extends through the finest details of each guestroom and meeting space.
